Medjugorje Book - Orders
Donal Anthony Foley
The book critical of Medjugorje - Understanding Medjugorje - which was published in 2006, is still available - and the latest revelations about Medjugorje show that it is more relevant than ever!
It is probably the case that most Catholics don’t realise how much damage Medjugorje has done to Fatima, or the Church for that matter nor how important Fatima is for the future of the Church.
Our Lady told Lucia at Fatima that God wished to use her to spread devotion to Mary’s Immaculate Heart throughout the world, and she also promised salvation to whoever embraced this devotion. The collegial consecration of Russia was accomplished by the Holy Father in 1984, but the Five First Saturday’s devotion, which is intimately linked with it, is still not being properly promoted in the Church. Our Lady also promised that her Immaculate Heart would eventually triumph, and that a future period of peace would be given to the world.
Clearly, nothing could be more urgent in the Church, than to follow the Pope’s example in accepting and living the message of Fatima.
Thus, given the present state of things, it is obviously the duty of every sensible Catholic to do all they can to hasten this triumph and this period of peace. But Medjugorje is, regrettably, a stumbling block in the way of Fatima, and therefore it is vital that Catholics realize this. This is the purpose of this book.
If this idea is successful, then it will probably be possible to publish other books and booklets dealing with themes found on the Theotokos site, such as the Bible/theology, creation/evolution, and the new movements and communities.
As the Pope said: “Duc in Altum!” that is, “Launch out into the deep!”
The following pdf documents compare some of the texts from versions of the transcripts of the tape recordings of the Medjugorje Visionaries as transcribed by Fr Ivo Sivric and Daria Klanac. They show how the two versions are essentially the same and thus that even the pro-Medjugorje Klanac could not avoid showing that the transcripts reveal definite problems in accepting Medjugorje as genuine:
This English-French text includes a translation from French into English from Daria Klanac's Aux Sources de Medjugorje.
This French text is a comparison between interview texts as found in Daria Klanac's Aux Sources de Medjugorje and Fr Ivo Sivric's La face cachée de Medjugorje.
