According to the EWTN website, Bishop Augustin Misago of Gikongoro published his positive declaration concerning the definitive judgement on the apparitions of Kibeho, Rwanda, on 29 June 2001, on the solemnity of Sts Peter and Paul, during a solemn Mass concelebrated in the cathedral of Gikongoro.
