ORDERS paying by cheque/bank draft
Christian Living copies cost £8.95 each, including p&p in the UK, £9.95 in Europe including postage, and £10.95 in US/Rest of World, including shipping - when paying by cheque or bank draft.
For those who live in Britain, if you would like to order the book, and pay by sterling cheque, at a cost of £8.95 including p&p, then please make your cheque payable to: Theotokos Books - and contact the following email address for the new postal address of Theotokos Books: 
Those who live OUTSIDE Britain can also order by STERLING bank draft – which, as above, is the best way for those whose normal currency is the US dollar, Euro, Aus $, etc - please make this payable to: Theotokos Books - and contact the following email address for the new postal address of Theotokos Books:
If your currency is US dollars, this draft will need to be for £10.95, which includes shipping and handling. If your currency is the Euro, this draft will need to be for £9.95 which includes postage.
Again, you can send a foreign currency check, but this is not a secure as sending a sterling bank draft, and there is also an extra charge involved of about $12 (at this end) in order to pay this into an English bank account. Sorry if this is a bit confusing, but there is also a charge at this end for cashing a FOREIGN currency bank draft (ie one in dollars, or euros etc) – so a STERLING bank draft is best.
Regarding donations:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make donations online directly using 2checkout.com’s secure servers, but they can be made via PayPal – see below. Donations can also be made by post in the following ways:
